1. How do I purchase tickets?

Click "Get Tickets" above and enter a price that's feels fair to you. Then click "+" to add ticket quantity. Then click "Next". Then enter your information and click either the Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Place hold button. We accept all major payment methods including credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

2. Is my payment information safe?

Yes, payment information is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and is never stored by our system. 256-bit SSL encryption is the same level of security used by banks and other financial institutions to protect sensitive customer information.

3. What do the "fees" consist of during checkout?

Fees include TBA's platform maintenance, payment processing, and applicable taxes.

4. What happens after I purchase my tickets?

After you checkout, your offer will be approved and you'll receive a text and email confirmation. Your tickets will be sent directly to the email address you entered at checkout. I'll send out additional instructions 12 hours in advance.

6. What if I have food allergies/sensitivities? 

Some dishes may contain common allergens like eggs, dairy, shellfish, fish, avocado. However, we cannot guarantee that any dish will be completely free of allergens. There is a risk of cross-contamination during food preparation and service. Guests with severe food allergies are advised not to attend to protect themselves from allergic reactions and agree to accept full responsibility for any allergic/adverse reactions if they decide to attend.

7. What is the exact address of the dinner/listening party?

The address will be sent to you 12 hours before the dinner starts. For a general idea on location it's near the Eastmont area and the zip code is 94605.

8. Is there free parking?

Yes, there is free street parking. However Uber/Lyft is still recommended.

9. What time does it start?

Dinner will start promptly at 8:00pm PST. Listening party will happen directly after.

10. Do you offer refunds if I can't make it?

There's no refunds unless the event does not happen. If you can't make it, you can transfer your ticket for free to another party.

11. How do I transfer my ticket to someone else?

On your digital ticket there is a transfer button. Click transfer and then enter the receiving parties email address. After that, the transfer is complete.
